(1) Within sixty days after the end of each financial year, the Commission shall prepare and submit to the Government of Nepal an annual report containing the details of the work carried out by it during that year.
(2) The annual report submitted in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be submitted by the Government of Nepal to the relevant subject committee of the House of Representatives.
(3) The committee as per sub-section (2) may monitor and give instructions to the commission, related bodies or officials at any time as required.
